We are building a certification pathway for coaches who want to work with FFi as a primary diagnostic in their practice. This is not a two-hour accreditation module. It is a rigorous process designed to produce coaches who can use the FFi framework with precision, depth, and commercial credibility.
Run the diagnostic with clients, including context-setting before the questionnaire and debrief after. A score without a skilled debrief is a number. The debrief is where value is created.
The dependency tier structure matters in a coaching context. A foundational dimension gap requires different conversations, different sequencing, and different development planning than an enabling dimension gap.
Certified coaches will have access to structured protocols for each of the 9 dimensions, with session frameworks and progression markers.
Coaches will understand what the benchmark data means, where it is strong, where it is still building, and how to present that context honestly to clients and organisations.
Where organisations commission FFi across a leadership cohort, certified coaches will be equipped to facilitate group debrief sessions, identify collective gaps, and connect the data to the organisation's strategic priorities.
This is not a franchise model. Certified coaches will be working with a diagnostic framework that has intellectual rigour behind it, and their certification reflects that.
Certification is not open entry. It’s designed for coaches and practitioners who already work at senior levels. If you are primarily working with early-career professionals or generalist management development, FFi certification is probably not the right fit.
The certification programme is in development and we’re building a waitlist.
Coaches on the waitlist will get first access when applications open and founding pricing.
If you work with senior leaders and want to add a forward-facing diagnostic to your practice, this is worth your attention.
Send a short message and we’ll add you to the coach waitlist.
You’ll be first to hear when applications open.
